So many realtors out there hungry for a sale and lots of uncertainty around pricing, what to ask, rates, how to pick the right buyer, how to market my home, what order to take the next steps, etc. Met Scott through my mortgage company and met for coffee at a local diner. Scott came prepared and explained everything in detail and went over his strategy with me. He didn’t pressure me, explained the market and ideas he had for my neighborhood, and finding comparable home sales in the area. Scott was realistic but also optimistic on getting me top dollar for my home. After thinking about it and processing all he had told me, I decided to go with him and it was a great decision.
