I've known Amanda for many years, as we've worked together many moons ago. I have known her to be a smart, ambitious, kind person who puts everything she's got into everything she does. So, when I decided to sell my condo, I didn't think twice but to turn to Amanda to assist me! I was very anxious about the whole process, but Amanda put all of my worries at ease by being so knowledgeable and helpful right from the get go. She helped me decide to renovate the condo to make it more appealing to a buyer. From helping me pick out paint color, kitchen layout and color scheme for backsplash and flooring, light fixtures..... the list goes on! And she recommended excellent people to do the painting and kitchen renovations. She even offered to pick up things needed from Lowe's and even offered to help me clean! She was available to me for any questions or concerns I had at all times and was so patient. That was so important to me because I never felt like I was bothering her, even if I had a question on the weekend! The condo is sold and we had the closing yesterday.
