Lana Ogrodnik

Lana has been a licensed Realtor since 1986 and is an Affiliate Broker with Showcase Realty, Inc. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the MidState Board of Realtors Association. Prior to Showcase. Lana managed a top real estate agency in Waterbury for several years. Lana has served on several committees of the Greater Waterbury Board of Realtors. For many years instructed first time homebuyers classes for the Waterbury Neighborhood Housing Services of CT and CHFA, providing future homebuyers the tools they needed to fulfill the dream of home ownership. Lana also counseled reverse mortgage clients through N.H.S. She holds the professional designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). Appointed by the Governor, Lana served as a Commissioner on the Connecticut Real Estate Commission for 21 years. She served on both the Waterbury Human Rights Commission for several years and as a Trustee for 22 years on the Silas Bronson Library Board. She is Treasurer of the East End Community Club, and also has served as its Vice President and Membership Secretary. Lana is President of the Julia Ashe Memorial Scholarship Committee, presenting scholarships to graduating High School Seniors. Lana is a Justice of the Peace and has married many couples over the years and married many of her clients that she sold homes to. She is a multi year winner being recognized as a Five Star Agent in the Connecticut Magazine. Lana loves working with the first time home buyer, guiding clients purchasing their second or vacation home and her Investor clients seeking that special multi family investment.
