Colleen Nemec, Realtor

I’m so excited to be a part of the Showcase team and to start a career in a field I’ve been interested in for many years. I grew up in Naugatuck and now live in Prospect. I have lived in the area my entire life and am familiar with the surrounding towns. Being a mother gives me a great perspective on knowing what families might be looking for in a new community. 

I have been part of a television sales team with national and local exposure. I have also worked in retail and education. I have demonstrated success in all of these fields. I pride myself on hard work, excellent customer service, and personal connections. As a Realtor, I plan to use these qualities to help my clients succeed.
