    Dawn is a Realtor and Broker Associate with Showcase Realty, Inc. in the Thomaston Office. After leaving the corporate world in 2008, she decided to start her Real Estate career with 1 goal in mind. That goal was to help people with some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Dawn loves being an active Realtor and finds guiding people whether they be selling their house or purchasing a new, second or investment home very rewarding. Dawn formed Team Rousseau in 2018 with herself & 1 agent. Since its inception, Team Rousseau has consistently been the company’s Top Producing Team, currently with 7 active agents. Dawn prides herself in her honesty, dedication, hard work and determination. With offices in Thomaston, Waterbury/Wolcott, Watertown, Naugatuck & Southington her Team can easily service Hartford, Litchfield & New Haven counties. Dawn was born and raised in CT and currently resides in Northfield with her family, she loves to work out, hike and go on family camping road trips.
