After teaching for over 20 years in Waterbury, specializing in business education, personal finance, and marketing, I decided it was time for a change. I always told my students that when I left teaching, I was going into real estate, which has been a lifelong passion! With my strong relationship building, my vast business and marketing experience, my love of real estate, and my desire to help others, real estate would be a perfect fit where I could make a difference in the lives of others every day!

I joined Showcase Realty in January 2021, which was a perfect fit for me. I have lived my entire life in this area and have extensive knowledge of all the communities and amenities in the area, as well as many personal connections. Reflecting on the past three years, I can’t believe how much I have learned and grown and how many clients I have helped. In my first year at Showcase, I received Showcase’s “Rookie of the Year Award” for overall highest sales in 2021 by a new agent. During 2022, my production skyrocketed from the previous year, and I was Agent of the Month and one of the “Quarterly Best Agents” for three out of the four quarters. At the end of the year, I was awarded “Third Highest Agent” of the Oakville Office and was ranked 5th overall of all the Showcase agents. My clients rated me five stars and gave me very complimentary reviews. I accomplished so much in a short period.

This past year was a difficult one with high-interest rates and the lowest inventory in many years, but I still managed to succeed! Again I have been Agent of the Month, and one of the “Quarterly Best Agents” for three out of the four quarters. The number of homes I listed and sold increased from 2022, and I ended 2023 ranked in the Top 5 of the Oakville Office and 8th overall. I have set challenging goals for 2024, and the upcoming year looks promising! Rates seem to be moving downward, house prices should become more stable and we are hoping for a rise in the inventory of available homes.

I am a resident of Watertown, and I love spending time with my family, babysitting my precious grandchildren, and traveling.
