I bring a background in art, design, and new construction to my work as a realtor. My years as a visual arts teacher centered on guiding others through the creative process—supporting their vision, offering clarity, problem solving, and educating, while staying focused on the end result. That same calm, steady approach now shapes how I guide my clients.

My experience in development and residential construction has given me a deep understanding of the full building process- from early planning and permitting to materials, sequencing, trades, and final finishes. I understand how decisions at every stage impact quality, efficiency, and the way a home ultimately functions.

As a Litchfield County native, who has lived in several of its towns over the years, I help clients understand the character of each community, drawing on a connection that extends well beyond real estate and into the network of contractors and local businesses that shape this area.
