It also ranks as one of Connecticut’s top five independent, family-owned brokerages, having closed over $250 million in sales as registered in the Multiple Listing Services’ (MLS) latest annual report.
Founded in Oakville, CT, in 1993, Showcase Realty, Inc. has grown into one of Connecticut’s top real estate firms with five office locations across Litchfield, Hartford, and New Haven counties and a team of over 125 professional agents. Despite a nationwide decline in transactions in 2022, Showcase Realty also outpaced the market by 18% in residential sales.
