Lysa was professional, prompt in responding, and committed to helping us find the right home for us in Watertown, CT. We were looking for single-level living, within a few minutes from where our son lives, and with a garage. Our timing was also challenging because we were trying to sell our house in MD so we could buy our new CT home with cash. Lysa's knowledge of the Watertown area and other nearby towns, and her many contacts with other colleague realtors facilitated our house hunting tremendously. When she found the place that met our needs, she took our son to the property on Saturday, we watched the visit from Baltimore via FaceTime, and liked it so much that we made an offer on Sunday following advice from Lysa and her colleague Peggy Columb about details of the offer, and by Tuesday our offer was accepted! We were able to sell our house in MD and purchase the new home with cash, which is a very difficult process to coordinate. Lysa has great insight on how the housing market works locally, and negotiated on our behalf.

The process was a little slow in the beginning but Lysa made adjustments which netted a very good result in the end. She was always in touch with me and communicated every aspect of the process. She always made time to speak with me and that was very important to me.
