My mom passed away in September 2023. I live in California and went back for a month to take care of my mom's estate. Cindy was referred to me by my mom's lawyer. Cindy brought in a buyer and my condo was under contract in
3 weeks. It was unexpected but very exciting. During my
search for a residence, we had a difficult time with an offer I
put in on a condo, but Cindy was there to guide me through a
nightmare of a home inspection and to acknowledge when it
was time to look elsewhere. I am now living in the house of
my dreams and it is because of the perseverance and fortitude
of Cindy. If I had to describe Cindy, she is always
professional, has complete knowledge of her profession, has a

Terry was very knowledgeable, extremely thorough, often correcting others involved in the search and closing process.  We both felt that Terry ALWAYS had our best interest on her mind and actions throughout the whole stressful process.  Terry was EXTREMELY organized and responsive to any question or task that had to be done.  She even fixed a snafu for us AFTER the closing was done!.  Terry's main concern was always what benefited us and on a high degree of professionalism and ethics, which is unusual in such a hot real estate market.  We would certainly use Terry again and highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell real estate.  Thank you Terry!

Cindy is amazing, I can’t say enough good things about her she made the entire home buying process super easy. She answered all my questions and even some questions I didn’t know I should have been asking.
