From helping me pick out paint color, kitchen layout and color scheme for backsplash and flooring, light fixtures..... the list goes on! She was available to me for any questions or concerns I had at all times and was so patient. That was so important to me because I never felt like I was bothering her, even if I had a question on the weekend! The condo is sold and we had the closing yesterday. I can truly say this was a low stress, smooth and pleasant experience because of Amanda. I highly recommend her expertise to anyone wanting to sell or buy real estate. My experience with Amanda throughout this process is one I will always remember. Not only did she help me with all that I mentioned above, I feel like we bonded over it!
