When we first got to know Heather, she took us to see a few homes. This was during the time that we first thought about moving. She was very patient and listened to our likes and dislikes, wants and needs, etc. We kept in touch, and a few years later, Heather saw a house that she knew we would love. When it comes to Tami Hoxhallari, I do not even know where to begin. She has to be the hardest working realtor in the world, and I doubt there is someone else who loves real estate more than she does. When I first met her, I was looking for a realtor to list my condo. When Tami came to check it out, she was a true professional. She was very organized and broke everything down for me. She came prepared with comps, and information and answered any question that I had. Tami takes pride in her craft, and it shows. She had a professional photographer take listing pictures that even came with a website (who else does that!?). On the day the photos were scheduled, she even helped me straighten up and tidy the place before the photographer arrived. Within hours of it being posted on the MLS, there were plenty of scheduled showings. In less than 24 hours, there were multiple offers. On the second day, I accepted an offer and was under contract above the list price! Just to mention how hard she works, while on vacation, she was still handling the arrangements and everything else that went on with the sale.
