When deciding on selling my house in this crazy market, I didn’t know who to go with. So many realtors out there hungry for a sale and lots of uncertainty around pricing, what to ask, rates, how to pick the right buyer, how to market my home, what order to take the next steps, etc. Met Scott through my mortgage company and met for coffee at a local diner. Scott came prepared and explained everything in detail and went over his strategy with me.
