Amanda was such a professional and easy to work with when buying my first home!

I've known Amanda for many years, as we've worked together many moons ago. I have known her to be a smart, ambitious, kind person who puts everything she's got into everything she does. So, when I decided to sell my condo, I didn't think twice but to turn to Amanda to assist me! I was very anxious about the whole process, but Amanda put all of my worries at ease by being so knowledgeable and helpful right from the get go. She helped me decide to renovate the condo to make it more appealing to a buyer. From helping me pick out paint color, kitchen layout and color scheme for backsplash and flooring, light fixtures..... the list goes on! And she recommended excellent people to do the painting and kitchen renovations. She even offered to pick up things needed from Lowe's and even offered to help me clean! She was available to me for any questions or concerns I had at all times and was so patient. That was so important to me because I never felt like I was bothering her, even if I had a question on the weekend! The condo is sold and we had the closing yesterday. I can truly say this was a low stress, smooth and pleasant experience because of Amanda. I highly recommend her expertise to anyone wanting to sell or buy real estate. My experience with Amanda throughout this process is one I will always remember. Not only did she help me with all that I mentioned above, I feel like we bonded over it! We had a lot of laughs along our successful journey, and even if I didn't know her previously, I would still feel the same. Because that's who she is. Professional and personable!

Amanda was great! From the beginning she was dedicated to making sure I got top dollar for my condo to help with the down payment on our new home. I can truly say Amanda eliminated that stress; if there were any bumps she just took care of it (taking it upon herself to contact mortgage brokers, attorneys, etc).
