Testimonials

Dawn helped us on both ends of a move, coordinating a sale of one home and a purchase of another with ease. Couldn't recommend her and her team more!

Dawn and Lynn worked with us in helping to get our very first home for our young family. We have three young boys and they were professional and honest in helping us what would help work for us and our family. We would strongly recommend Team Rousseau to anyone looking to buy a new house!

Dawn has worked tirelessly to sell our house and has gone above and beyond! She is an excellent realtor who knows her stuff. We will be recommending her to anyone who needs a realtor to sell their home or whatever their needs are. Thank you Dawn for ALL your help. It is truly appreciated! Billy and Fran Hogg

Dawn and her team were AMAZING to work with in selling my childhood home. Dawn was sensitive to the situation and always had my best interests in mind. Selling can be frustrating but Dawn made this process smooth and easy.

I have worked with Dawn on commercial and private real estate accounts. Dawn is highly attentive and very easy to work with. I highly recommend her and Showcase Reality.
