In all my 32 years of dealing with real estate I have never met an agent the equal of Scott Martin. Scott is a true professional. He did the market analysis to arrive at a realistic value for our property. The lines of communication were always open to Scott. Are agent who works for Dawn " Art" disappeared during the sale of our property. We never heard from his broker "Dawn" or was asigned a different agent.Are agent was not truthful with us.We had to hire a 2nd attorney to protect us from the mess this company' s agent got us into!
