Lysa Napoli is a BRIGHT STAR IN THE SKY!!! I was referred to her during a EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TIME in need of housing IMMEDIATELY. I was stressed out, overwhelmed, exhausted to say the less. I was given her phone number, called her, and she INSTANTLY RE-ASSURED ME, CALMED ME DOWN AND CONTINUOUSLY GAVE ME WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT, which calmed me down.
