Lynn is fantastic. She was my realtor for my most recent sell and buy, and I will never use another realtor again. She responds to any question immediately; I'm convinced she doesn't sleep. She is driven but truly cares about her clients. While looking at listings, she pointed out possible issues I hadn't thought of or noticed. Once you're a client of Lynn's, you're a client for life. I called her requesting a comp analysis of my home a few years after I purchased through her. Even though I had no intention of selling, just asked out of curiosity, she helped me out right away.

Lynn was optimistic and knowledgeable: our house was a unique home in that it had an indoor in-ground pool in Connecticut, which only appealed to a select group of buyers. But Lynn sold it in a reasonable period! She’s the best Connecticut has to offer! Other realtors wanted to list our home for 150,000 to 200,000 less than it sold for.

Lynn is excellent. She is on top of her game. Very attentive to details. She is a good communicator with buyers and sellers. I give her a 5-star and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
