My mom passed away in September 2023. I live in California and went back for a month to take care of my mom's estate. Cindy was referred to me by my mom's lawyer. I had a fantastic experience working with Cindy. She was knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me get my mom's house sold. We worked together for a month, and then I came back to California. Cindy helped me so much, and she was always so positive. I had to do everything from across the country. Cindy was right there with me explaining to me what I had to do. She was always very positive. My mom's house sold in December 2023. I was so happy. So Thank you, Cindy! It could not have been done without you.

Scott was splendid with the whole home buying process. As a first time home buyer i was nervous about everything and knew nothing Scott made the whole process stress free. He was so informative and explained everything so thorough that after the whole process I could have been a realtor myself. Our mom passed away suddenly in January, which meant the sale was an Estate sale and even more emotional as it was tied to a house we grew up, lived in, and loved for 33 years! From the start to finish, Martha had strong attention to detail and had numerous instances of going the extra distance as she was our proxy for ensuring the project stayed on track and we closed on time. A few instances, come to mind where, she went so far above and beyond, it felt like she automatically was indoctrinated into our family. Please work with her and don't look back as she is a class act and makes you feel constantly like you are her only client! Bravo!

I've known Amanda for many years, as we've worked together many moons ago. I have known her to be a smart, ambitious, kind person who puts everything she's got into everything she does. So, when I decided to sell my condo, I didn't think twice but to turn to Amanda to assist me! I was very anxious about the whole process, but Amanda put all of my worries at ease by being so knowledgeable and helpful right from the get go. She helped me decide to renovate the condo to make it more appealing to a buyer. From helping me pick out paint color, kitchen layout and color scheme for backsplash and flooring, light fixtures..... the list goes on! And she recommended excellent people to do the painting and kitchen renovations. She even offered to pick up things needed from Lowe's and even offered to help me clean! She was available to me for any questions or concerns I had at all times and was so patient. That was so important to me because I never felt like I was bothering her, even if I had a question on the weekend! The condo is sold and we had the closing yesterday. I can truly say this was a low stress, smooth and pleasant experience because of Amanda. I highly recommend her expertise to anyone wanting to sell or buy real estate. My experience with Amanda throughout this process is one I will always remember. Not only did she help me with all that I mentioned above, I feel like we bonded over it! We had a lot of laughs along our successful journey, and even if I didn't know her previously, I would still feel the same. Because that's who she is. Professional and personable!

We had a fantastic experience working with Kara as our realtor. We really valued her experience and extensive knowledge, and she was able to answer all of our questions (or find the answers quickly). Throughout the entire process of home buying, Kara was organized and kept on top of what tasks needed to be done. On a personal level, Kara is just a pleasure to work with - always cheerful, with a great sense of humor that helps to dispel a lot of the stress and pressure that comes with buying a home.
