When deciding on selling my house in this crazy market, I didn’t know who to go with. So many realtors out there hungry for a sale and lots of uncertainty around pricing, what to ask, rates, how to pick the right buyer, how to market my home, what order to take the next steps, etc. Met Scott through my mortgage company and met for coffee at a local diner. Scott came prepared and explained everything in detail and went over his strategy with me. He didn’t pressure me, explained the market and ideas he had for my neighborhood, and finding comparable home sales in the area. Scott was realistic but also optimistic on getting me top dollar for my home. After thinking about it and processing all he had told me, I decided to go with him and it was a great decision. Scott took the time to walk through every aspect of my house to ensure it was the most attractive and marketable. He had a professional photographer come through and took quality pictures to showcase the home. Scott’s constant and detailed communication was strategic and well thought out. We had over 50 showings in one weekend and several offers by the end of the weekend. Scott’s detailed spreadsheet showcased all of the offers in a clean and easy to follow format, and his advice on choosing the right buyer was very helpful. Rick is always the consummate professional.. always available ( morning, noon, and night) to answer any questions you may have. Always responds extremely quickly with answers and or solutions. Proactively communicates excellent and keeps you up to date with every step in the process without you needing to ask the questions… it was a seamless and smooth start to finish.
