I’m so grateful I had the chance to work with Michael Bianca. What a resourceful person. I had been trying to close on my house for nearly 2 years. It was a complex situation with it being partially renovated. It was exhausting, and extremely defeating. I got connected with him and he pointed me to all the right people that made it happen, and quickly. I made it clear why it was going to be a difficult task from the beginning, I think he realized this shortly after, but not once did he seem bothered by the whole process. I finally closed and the word relief doesn’t even come close to explain the feeling of being done. Mike made it happen. Scott was great the whole time I had known him. He helped me with both buying and selling my home. He made the process so easy and convenient. He was so straight forward.
