Endlessly patient, a great teacher, an excellent communicator, on top of all details, knowledgeable, well connected in all things real estate, and has a warm and no nonsense personality. Are agent who works for Dawn " Art" disappeared during the sale of our property. We never heard from his broker "Dawn" or was asigned a different agent.Are agent was not truthful with us.We had to hire a 2nd attorney to protect us from the mess this company' s agent got us into!
