Rick is always the consummate professional.. always available ( morning, noon, and night) to answer any questions you may have. Always responds extremely quickly with answers and or solutions. Proactively communicates excellent and keeps you up to date with every step in the process without you needing to ask the questions… it was a seamless and smooth start to finish.
