After watching the issues that other friends have gone through during the process of selling their houses, I can’t believe how lucky I was to get a real estate person like Rick on my first try, just based on solid Google reviews and a couple of other random factors. I never sold a house before and I explained that to Rick along with some other needs that I had, right up front, and Rick was good with all of it. He explained things perfectly through the whole process, including the thinking behind different decisions that he was ssuggesting. I never felt pressured into anything and was free to pick and choose what I wass comfortable with, fom those suggestions. Rick's responsiveness is scary fast. I swear that he must eat with the phone in his hand and seemingly never sleeps. A couple of days after we put it on the market, I started my cross country drive, with full confidence that Rick had the whole thing under control. The morning of the second day of my drive, I got the call that we had a buyer at my target price. Even with that person having their own unique situation, Rick kept me fully updated along the way and it all unfolded almost exactly as he said that it would. Rick is definitely a patient guy who talked me down off the ceiling a couple of times when I was freaking out over nothing. He is a friendly huy and very knowledgeable about the area, with decades of experience. A lot of people throw around the phrase “above and beyond,” but I can’t think of a better way to describe my experience of selling my home with Rick at the helm!

We bought our house with Scott and sold it with him as well. He made the process stress free and kept us well informed. I would definitely use Scott for another home purchase if I move back to CT.

Fernanda went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of with my sale. She cares for her clients and will be there 100% for anything that needs to be done. She also has many resources so if there are any issues, she knows how to take care of them. We were blessed to have her and thank her for everything!
