They say there is no algorithm for experience and Martha Chouinard delivers and raises the bar along the way! Our mom passed away suddenly in January, which meant the sale was an Estate sale and even more emotional as it was tied to a house we grew up, lived in, and loved for 33 years! Rick was amazing. He was patient and very honest with us when it came to buying a home. It took us over a year of working with him to finally purchase a home. He never steered us in the wrong direction. He actually saved us from making a bad decision (more than once if I admit it). We would highly recommend him. We actually are having him list our land for us as well. If we ever go to sell/buy a house again Rick would be our first call. He is not just our real estate agent he is our friend.
