John was a great help to us as both sellers and buyers. When we began planning to sell our starter home John took time out of a holiday weekend to review our property and advise us on the highest ROI improvements to make before listing. When we were ready to buy, John helped us through the process, focusing on learning where we wanted to look and what type of home we wanted. After a few months of low inventory, a property that met our criteria was listed, and John worked to get us in on day one, in advance of a scheduled open house. He guided us through the offer, which was accepted before any other prospective buyers even saw the property, then helped us through the post-inspection negotiations to arrive at our best deal. Rick has an amazing knowledge of the industry, the market as it constantly changes and has the best interest of his clients as his top goal. Fantastic to work with and very personable as well. Best decision we made was having Rick help sell our property.
