Never having gone through selling a home I have no idea what I would have done without Soraida and her expertise and advice on which way I should go next in the process. Rick was amazing. He was patient and very honest with us when it came to buying a home. It took us over a year of working with him to finally purchase a home. He never steered us in the wrong direction. He actually saved us from making a bad decision (more than once if I admit it). We would highly recommend him. We actually are having him list our land for us as well. If we ever go to sell/buy a house again Rick would be our first call. He is not just our real estate agent he is our friend.
