Endlessly patient, a great teacher, an excellent communicator, on top of all details, knowledgeable, well connected in all things real estate, and has a warm and no nonsense personality. I may well have given up on home ownership if not for Scott's guidance. He made the most difficult elements of the process feel manageable.
