Testimonials

Rick was amazing. He was patient and very honest with us when it came to buying a home. It took us over a year of working with him to finally purchase a home. He never steered us in the wrong direction. He actually saved us from making a bad decision (more than once if I admit it). We would highly recommend him. We actually are having him list our land for us as well. If we ever go to sell/buy a house again Rick would be our first call. He is not just our real estate agent he is our friend.

A++ realtor
Rick is not only an excellent realtor, but a great person. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home

Rick is THE BEST!!
Rick made it all very simple. He explained everything fully, all his "predictions" came true. Having worked with a few realtors in my life, Rick was head and heals above the rest. He was the best!!!

Rick is very down to earth...
Rick tells you what you need to know. Made the sale of my home easy.

I have worked with Rick many times on the selling and buying of a home. Each time has been an absolute pleasure. Rick is knowledgeable, communicative and genuinely had my best interests at heart. Rick guided me through every step of the (home selling & home buying) process with patience and clarity. Thanks to Rick's expertise, I recently closed on a home I love and the process felt smooth and stress-free. I truly felt supported the entire way through. I highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won't find a more dedicated and trustworthy agent!

Rick is a wonderful agent who kept me calm during the selling process!!
Selling my old two-family house was a difficult process, but Rick was always in the thick of it negotiating on my behalf. He is very knowledgeable and communicated next steps to me in a kind and calming manner. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone who is buying or selling a house.
