After watching the issues that other friends have gone through during the process of selling their houses, I can’t believe how lucky I was to get a real estate person like Rick on my first try, just based on solid Google reviews and a couple of other random factors. I never sold a house before and I explained that to Rick along with some other needs that I had, right up front, and Rick was good with all of it. He explained things perfectly through the whole process, including the thinking behind different decisions that he was ssuggesting. I never felt pressured into anything and was free to pick and choose what I wass comfortable with, fom those suggestions. Rick's responsiveness is scary fast. I swear that he must eat with the phone in his hand and seemingly never sleeps. A couple of days after we put it on the market, I started my cross country drive, with full confidence that Rick had the whole thing under control. The morning of the second day of my drive, I got the call that we had a buyer at my target price. Rick is definitely a patient guy who talked me down off the ceiling a couple of times when I was freaking out over nothing. He is a friendly huy and very knowledgeable about the area, with decades of experience.
