Once again Rick delivers!

I have worked with Rick for many years while buying and selling properties. His knowledge of the real estate market combined with his ability to make things happen is invaluable. Once again, Rick managed to overcome any challenges that arose and get our property sold.

I enjoyed working with Rick Settani. It was a pleasure. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. A great experience.

I needed to find the fair market value from 2017 (5 years ago) of a home that i recently sold. Rick was eager and willing to help me and produced an accurate and professional report that the Irs will accept. He didn't charge me for this favor, yet treated me as well as any other paying customer.

Rick was professional and very friendly. He was always in contact and kept us informed with the process. He is highly recommended.
